You can find the Manuel Possolo hippodrome right in the heart Cascais, in a cultural perimeter of excellence, surrounded by facilities like the Sea Museum, Cascais Cultural Centre, Cascais Marina, Santa Maria House, Santa Marta Lighthouse Museum and the future Paula Rego House of Stories Museum. Five minutes from the Lisbon-Cascais motorway, this space offers the best conditions for the practise of various equestrian sports. It is the setting for many important equestrian events such as the Lusitano Horse Festival and the CSI Estoril, an international five star show jumping competition included in the well-known Global Champions Tour, considered the best tour in the world. The Manuel Possolo Hippodrome benefited from a re-qualification intervention in 2006 and now offers many different leisure activity options and facilities in its circa 8000m2.
